Your entire observatory. In one Cube.
Meet the next generation of Gaius.
Gaius Cube combines a computer with the power distribution and control system a modern observatory needs, all in a compact form.
Its Intel N150 processor and 12 GB of LPDDR5 memory provide the performance needed to run imaging, guiding, automation, and observatory control applications directly on Windows 11 Pro.
With seven USB ports, seven power outputs, and two PWM channels, Gaius Cube simplifies setup and centralizes control of the equipment connected to your telescope.
Computing power for your observatory
Every Gaius Cube comes with an Intel N150 processor and 12 GB of LPDDR5 memory as standard.
Seven USB ports
Connect cameras, focusers, mounts, and other observatory accessories from one compact control hub.
Seven power outputs
Manage and distribute power to your observatory equipment, with output up to 14.5 V / 10 A.
Two PWM channels
Precisely control two dew heaters or compatible fans directly from Gaius Control Center.
Gaius Control Center
A clear interface for managing your observatory’s power system.
Control
Switch each power output on or off, rename outputs, adjust both PWM channels, and check the system status at a glance.
The main dashboard provides direct access to all seven power channels, including the two PWM outputs for compatible dew heaters or fans.
Monitoring
View input voltage, total current and power, CPU and ambient temperatures, relative humidity, dew point, and system service status in real time.
Historical graphs let you review key readings throughout an observing session.
Diagnostics
Gaius Control Center includes diagnostic and telemetry tools for checking the controller, background service, and Alpaca listener.
Check system status, review recorded data, and export session information for more detailed analysis.
Ready for NINA, ASCOM, and Alpaca
Gaius Cube is designed to fit naturally into modern observatory automation workflows.
Gaius Control Center connects the power unit through ASCOM Alpaca, making its switchable outputs and PWM channels available to NINA and other compatible applications.
The result is one control point for local operation, remote sessions, and automated imaging sequences.
